Terms of purchase

Products Stock in hand.

Shipments will be made within 24-48 hours (or 3 working days) this being the standard timing. 

We guarantee the delivery to the transport company on the same day, only if we have received the order before 12:00 Spanish local time on working days (Monday to Friday).  Orders not received on working days, will be dispatched on the next possible working day. 

Delivery or pick up schedule for our shipping partner will be from 9:00 to 20:00.

Delivery incidences: SkiLab will not assume any responsability or money back if the order fault because external causes. We assume our operational errors but not other circunstances as: customer is not al home or the carrier can not help notice delivery.

All purchases carried out in the city of León may be collected FREE OF CHARGE from our central office. It is essential that you book a collection time previously as we are not always open to the public.

Purchases over 85€ are FREE OF CHARGE, we will deliver to your door. 

On special Holiday dates; Christmas, Kings Day and Bank Holidays we cannot guarantee that the order will be delivered on time, due to the large volume of shipments that the transport companies carry out.

Products out of stock.

- You can find we show products we don´t have in stock but they are in our Distributor Storage. In these case, you can order it but the order will be extended to 10 - 15 days.

- Also, there are items avaliables from a date. 

FORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept  the following forms of payment:

Bank transfer: Bank account number.
Paypal: with a 3,9% charge for the client
Payment upon delivery: no costs. Only avaliable for ski servicre works for no residents.
Credit card: no costs
Cash: Only valid in our central office in León

RETURN OF DELIVERIES.

If, on receiving your order, you have any queries, please contact us be telephone. We aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 working days, starting from the delivery of the order, to return it. (According to Article 44 of the Law 7/1996, 15 de enero, Ordenación del Comercio Minorista modificada por la Ley 47/2002, de 19 de diciembre.).

You must return the products in perfect working order, unused, and in the original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instruction manuals. The cost of returning the products to our central office, must be covered by the client, however, in the case of exchanging the products, the client will not have to pay for the delivery of the exchanged goods.

It is extremely important, that you return the products perfectly packaged. If the products are damaged due to poor packaging, the return will not be accepted.  With the exception of factory spoiled goods, we will not accept the return of mounted skis.

Inside the parcel to be returned, you must insert a paper stating your name, address and ORDER NUMBER, specifying if you require a reimbursement for the amount paid, or an exchange of goods.

If you require an EXCHANGE, because you have ordered the incorrect size or you prefer a different article, you must carry out another full purchase process, including payment for the new article. You then return us the product you do not wish to keep, and we will reimburse you, if appropriate.

When we receive and check the returned goods in our central office, in accordance with the previous conditions, SkiLab.es will accept the return of the product, and will proceed with the reimbursement of the full cost with the same method of payment used by the client, and where relevant, the postage of the new product:

If you paid with credit card, we will reimburse you the amount paid on the same card number
If you paid on delivery or by bank transfer, we will ask you for a bank account number where we will pay in the amount due

IMPORTANT.

In the case of all returns, it is essential that you return the original packaging in perfect condition, to allow us to resell the product again.  The original product packaging must be intact, without any labels or packaging tape attached to it.
